We’re located at 93 Monadnock Highway (Route 12) in North Swanzey, NH 03431 (just south of Sam’s Army Navy on the other side of the road in the old Thomas Transportation building). We serve the Monadnock Region and Brattleboro VT areas.

From initial contact to project completion typically takes 4-6 months, which includes design (6-8 weeks), planning and ordering (3 months), and construction (3-6 weeks). The planning phase ensures everything is finalized before demolition begins, which minimizes the time your kitchen is out of service. This phase includes finalizing designs, securing permits, ordering custom cabinets (which can take 8-12 weeks), selecting materials, coordinating trades, and ensuring all details are perfect. When construction begins, we’re ready to move efficiently because all planning is complete.

Costs & Budgeting
When you gut a kitchen, you’re rebuilding the entire room from the inside out. This includes replacing or relocating plumbing, upgrading electrical systems to modern standards, adding structural blocking, repairing subfloors, updating insulation and venting, replacing drywall, and extensive finishing work. For a high-end kitchen renovation, you can expect a roughly 1:1 relationship between product costs and labor costs. For example, if you select $30,000 in cabinets, countertops, appliances, and finishes, labor will typically range from $28,000 to $35,000 depending on layout changes and existing conditions. This includes all trades: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, and project management.
Labor costs cover skilled work across multiple trades, including demolition, plumbing replacement or relocation, electrical upgrades and new circuits, structural framing and blocking, subfloor repair or replacement, insulation and venting, drywall installation and finishing, cabinet installation, countertop templating and installation, tile and backsplash work, painting, trim carpentry, and final finishing details. Each product requires extensive preparation and skilled installation.
